InDependent Restorers is owned and operated by Michael Juarez and has been in business since 1989.

First and foremost, we perform water damage and clean up gross stuff. Performing water damage correctly is important or else you'll get gross stuff. In case the gross stuff is already there, we get rid of that also. If you have odors your nose doesn't like, it's because you have gross stuff somewhere.

Secondly, we put back materials removed while cleaning up gross stuff which primarily consists of drywall, baseboards, and cabinetry.

Thirdly, we clean carpets, tile & grout whether it has anything to do with a water intrusion or not.
